I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the cattlemen from Brazil and learning about their production systems which can vary greatly from ours in the U.S. Pictured from left to right is myself, Maury Dorta Jr., Antonio Lopez, and Alba Nunez. We were visiting the Canchim Bull development center.

The landscape in many areas I visited reminded me of the landscape found in central Texas, Lots of open space and cattle.
